The Holder acknowledges that Blankets & Wine provided the most recent information available at the time of registration and the Holder accepts that the content and\/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of Blankets & Wine. Blankets & Wine will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program or content of the event, and reserves the right to make reasonable changes as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\nLEGALLY BINDING<\/b><\/p>\n\n- These terms and conditions shall be legally binding upon purchase of a ticket.<\/span><\/li>\n
- If a Holder is registering on behalf of an attendee, it is the responsibility of that person to notify the attendee of the terms and conditions of registering, for which they will be agreeing to on the behalf of the attendee. Responsibility also includes providing full details of the attendee\u2019s registration details as confirmed.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Purchase or use of this ticket and attendance constitutes acceptance of these terms.\u00a0Blankets & Wine reserves the right to update the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions without notice to the Holder. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to review these terms and conditions regularly.<\/span><\/li>\n
- These terms and conditions shall be read together with any other Blankets & Wine Privacy and Data Policy where applicable.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
