At first, Nu Fvnk pursued music in the hopes of becoming a rapper but beatmaking turned out to be his real calling. He ventured into electronic music after a friend of his made a progressive house tune and called it a song. Nu Fvnk’s collaboration with fellow EA Wave DJ, Ukweli was featured on the Nest, a Skrillex’s sister label under OWLSA. Jam Jam mix features the futuristic sounds of AdJo, Yung Jake and Kehlani among others.
