BLANKETS & WINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS

  1. The ticket purchaser/holder (“Holder”) voluntarily assumes all risk of property loss and personal injury including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury arising during its use. Blankets & Wine shall not be responsible for punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages including all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, losses and liability and the consequences thereof. Holder agrees to indemnify and continue to indemnify Blankets & Wine, its employees, agents and licensees from any and all action, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by any reason of any damage, loss or injury, of any kind of nature which may be sustained by attending the event. 
  2. Holder shall not go into any restricted areas at the venue, the stage, the backstage area or cross the barriers to the stage and backstage or climb over the barriers and onto the speaker truss or interfere in any way with the performance of the artists, MCs, technical crew and all other employees, assignees allowed within the stage, backstage and restricted areas. Any Holder interfering with the performances and execution of performances will be subject to ejection from the venue.  

PHOTOGRAPHY

  1. Holder acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Event will involve the capture of photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings. By attending the Event, holder explicitly consents to:
  • Being interviewed, photographed, audio-recorded, and/or video-recorded during the course of the Event.
  • The release, publication, editing, exhibition, or reproduction of any interviews, photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings taken of the holder during the Event.
  • The use of these interviews, photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings in any news articles or programs, webcasts, telecasts, inclusion on websites, or for any other purpose(s) related to Blankets & Wine that Blankets & Wine’s management, its vendors, partners, affiliates, and/or representatives deem suitable throughout the universe.

INDEMNITY

  1. By attending the Event, you release Blankets & Wine management, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved in carrying out the Event from any liability of infringement or violation of personal and / or property rights of any sort whatsoever connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of any interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or audio recordings for Blankets & Wine purposes. Holder acknowledges that Blankets & Wine owns and shall own all rights, title and interest (including copyright) in the photographs, recordings, and content captured during the event. Holder shall not sell, transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, recorded transmission, video recording or other reproduction of the festival to which this ticket is issued. Holder expressly grants the Blankets & Wine and its licensees to use Holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event. The Holder warrants that they have full power to enter into this Release and that the terms of this Release do not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on their part. The Holder understands, acknowledges and accepts that they will receive no money for the photographs, recordings, and content captured during the event. While under no obligation to do so, the Blankets & Wine will consider any reasonable request not to record, capture, or use or to stop using particular photographs, recordings, and content captured during the event. During the event, such requests should be communicated to the photographer or Blankets & Wine organizer/employee/agent, while after the event such requests should be made in writing to info@blanketsandwine.com
  2. Blankets & Wine cannot control all content published or disseminated at the event. You may find attendees or participants’ communications, graphics, audio files or other information inappropriate, offensive, harmful, inaccurate, dishonest or misleading and/or deceptive, however you alone are solely responsible for your interaction with other delegates and agree to act responsibly and exercise caution, common sense and safety while in attendance at the event.

TICKETS

  1. Every person, five years of age and older, must have a ticket to enter the facility. Entry will be at the festival’s discretion, and proof of age is required. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult relative over 21 years of age with a valid admission ticket and proof of age will be required.
  2. Tickets must be presented upon arrival, either as a physical copy(where applicable) or in electronic form. Only tickets purchased from the designated platform are acceptable and will be honored.Tickets reported as lost or stolen shall not be honored and shall not be replaced nor the price refunded. Tickets shall not be duplicated and shall not be sold above face value. There shall be no refunds or exchanges; valid and unused tickets may be redeemable at the next Blankets & Wine event subject to the review and approval of management. 
  3. Management may revoke the ticket and eject or refuse entry to the Holder for violation of ticket terms and conditions, facility rules, illegal activity or misconduct. 
  4. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason except if the event is canceled by Blankets & Wine, in which case refunds will be issued only if the cancellation is not due to a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, government regulations, etc.) as defined herein.
  5. If the Holder wishes to cancel their ticket, there shall be no refunds but if the cancellation is at least thirty (30) days from the date of the event, the Holder will be allowed to transfer that ticket to any other Blankets & Wine event within twelve (12) months from the date of cancellation.  All transfers are subject to availability and must be arranged through our customer service team with written notice to email: info@blanketsandwine.com
  6. In the event that the scheduled event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. Tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date or another event within 12 months. Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is occasioned by the promoter for reasons that are not force majeure.
  7. The organizer is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by the ticket holder. This includes but is not limited to, accommodation, travel, or other costs associated with attending the event.
  8. The Holder acknowledges that Blankets & Wine provided the most recent information available at the time of registration and the Holder accepts that the content and/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of Blankets & Wine. Blankets & Wine will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program or content of the event, and reserves the right to make reasonable changes as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

LEGALLY BINDING

  1. These terms and conditions shall be legally binding upon purchase of a ticket.
  2. If a Holder is registering on behalf of an attendee, it is the responsibility of that person to notify the attendee of the terms and conditions of registering, for which they will be agreeing to on the behalf of the attendee. Responsibility also includes providing full details of the attendee’s registration details as confirmed.
  3. Purchase or use of this ticket and attendance constitutes acceptance of these terms. Blankets & Wine reserves the right to update the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions without notice to the Holder. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to review these terms and conditions regularly.
  4. These terms and conditions shall be read together with any other Blankets & Wine Privacy and Data Policy where applicable. 

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  1. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy and Data Protection Clause sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. By purchasing a ticket and attending our event, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data in accordance with this clause.

DATA COLLECTION

We may collect and process some types of personal data including but not limited to:

  • Name, contact information (such as email address, phone number, and postal address).
  • Payment information (such as credit/debit card details).
  • Identification details (such as ID/passport number if required for the event).
  • Preferences and feedback (such as dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and event feedback).
  • Any other information you provide during the ticket purchase process or while interacting with us before, during, or after the event.

PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION

The personal data we collect will be used for the following purposes:

  • Processing your ticket purchase and managing your attendance at the event.
  • Communicating with you about the event, including updates, changes, or important information.
  • Facilitating any special requests or accommodations you may have for the event.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the event.
  • Processing payments and preventing fraud.
  • Complying with legal obligations.
  • Marketing purposes, where you have given your explicit consent.

DATA SHARING

We may share your personal data with:

  • Third-party service providers engaged by us to facilitate event operations, such as payment processors, event organizers, and security personnel.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law or to protect our rights and interests.
  • Partners or sponsors of the event, but only where you have given your explicit consent.
