By participating in this HOUSE OF DJs event, you confirm that you understand and agree that participation in this event is voluntary. You warrant that you are in good health and suffer from no physical, health or mental condition that would create an unreasonable risk of harm to yourself or any other participant of the Events.
You confirm that you understand and agree that there are potential risks involved related to your participation in the Event and you assume risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with your participation in the Event. You accept responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, damage or death in any way connected with your participation in the Event.
You agree to pay any and all costs, fees, expenses and charges arising from your conduct that results in damage or injury to any person, including, but not limited to, any third-party participant of the Event. You further agree to indemnify and hold HOUSE OF DJs harmless from and against any such act or conduct which results in damages or loss of any kind.
You hereby grant the Organisers a worldwide, royalty-free irrevocable license to the use of your photographic, video, or digital likeness for promotional, educational, and/or commercial BUT LAWFUL purposes. This shall, however, be limited to pictures, videos and descriptions of events which are captured in the course of the Event, or within a reasonable time thereafter.
Management reserves the right to entry and upon proof of age. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult person over 21 years of age with a valid, admission ticket and proof of age required.
